Body, Mind & Spirit: Learn Skills for Your Pandemic Coping Toolkit

Join us online at the University of Toronto, from wherever you are, for six Wednesday evening sessions (from 7-8:30 p.m.) to learn body, mind, and spirit practices to release tension, deal with emotions, and bridge any sense of social isolation. We’ll learn practices, then have time to reflect on our experience with art and journalling, and reconnect with our online community.
