The lay-visiting team at Trinity St Andrew’s is ready to revamp its friendly visiting program\, with sensitivity to our new world reality. If your congregation is also looking for ways to care for those who live alone or have difficulty getting out to church or any social functions\, you are welcome to join us! \nYou can attend either in person or via Zoom. \nWhen registering\, please indicate how many are joining from your team\, and if appropriate\, what kind of guidance or discussion you are looking for. Adjustment is required again with the options of in-person\, online and hybrid meetings\, and your input is desired. \nHistorically\, the gatherings of the communities of faith have been for a combination of discernment\, education\, and fellowship. The Regional Council had replaced the three-day spring meeting with a spring fall meeting schedule with an annual workflow of determining needs and priorities at a two day spring meeting and sharing work plans and supportive budget in a one day fall meeting. How to proceed is the question of the day? What works\, what doesn’t what has been missing\, what is wanted?
