DESCRIPTION:Community Connections: “Managing Stress as A Caregiver” Workshop \nCaregivers: This workshop will not eliminate all the challenges of caregiving\, but it has been show to minimize the stress of caregivers in the moment. This 90-minute FREE workshop will provide participants with tools that will enable them to increase their self-care\, reduce personal stress\, learn the results of neglecting stress\, as well as experience relaxation techniques. It is but a teaser however.
