2024 Fall Information Sessions

Prior to our upcoming Fall Meeting on November 16th at Trinity, St. Andrew’s United Church (Brighton), we are inviting you to register for four pre-meeting ZOOM opportunities for a closer look and deeper conversation on things that matter. These are the opportunities for engagement, discussion and learning.

1 > Tuesday, September 3rd from 7-9pm EST:  Join us to discuss “What is a GC45 Commissioner?”   where there will also be a time to ask questions about proposals.

2 > Wednesday, September 25th from 7-9pm EST: “GC45 Commissioners Meet and Greet” Come out and meet those who have let their name stand for Commissioners

3 > Tuesday, October 15th from 7-9pm EST:  Join us as the Ministry through Property Team presents the “Budget Proposal”.

4> Tuesday, November 5th from 7-9pm EST: “Proposal Review” – a discussion about proposals received to be presented at the Fall General Meeting for approval.

These info sessions are open to all. They are an opportunity to engage with the presenters, to become more knowledgeable of the workings of the Regional Council and perhaps most importantly, your opportunity to influence the work and direction of the leadership teams. Dedicated info sessions are the time for engagement, and we hope that you will join us in these opportunities.

2024 ECORC Fall Information Sessions

    Prior to the Fall General Meeting, we will be hosting four Information Sessions that highlight important work of the Regional Council. Your registration is required to ensure you get the appropriate Zoom invite. Please note, the Zoom link will arrive in your inbox the morning of the meeting.

  • The city or town name where your Community of Faith is situated.
  • Please let us know all the names of the elected reps of your community of faith or pastoral charge. If you are attending as a substitute, this is your chance to tell us the name of the actual elected rep/s.

  • Please let us know if there is anything we need to be aware of to make the zoom webinar a better experience for you. Thank you.
