Who We Are and What We Do

The Covenant Support Team serves the Regional Council, by working with Communities of Faith facing amalgamation, realignments or disbanding, in consultation with the Ministry Through Property Team, advising and training Ministry and Personnel Committees, ensuring compliance of Communities of Faith with faith profiles and meeting responsibilities of denominational policies. This Team will work with interim ministers, pastoral charge supervisors, general pastoral relations processes, endings and beginnings, and work with the Pastoral Relations Liaison Forum and Licensed Lay Worship Forum. This Team will also oversee the work and make recommendations on licensed lay worship leaders and licenses to administer the sacraments.
