The MVP Athlete program offers support & resources for athletes, coaches & caregivers to enhance wellbeing in three core areas: Mental fitness, spirituality (Values, meaning and purpose), & Physical fitness and injury Prevention. Competitive athletics places physical & mental demands on athletes. Elite athletes push their body to its limits of speed, strength and endurance. At the same time, the mind is asked to push mental abilities such as focus, composure, & determination. Athletic excellence requires physical fitness, technical skills, tactical readiness, & mental fitness. Join us to develop these skills.
